All camping meets start at 2.00pm and finish at 4.00pm unless otherwise stated.
Please do not arrive before the start, as stewards may not be able to site you and you may need to move. We may have problems with the site if you arrive before the due time.
If in doubt, ring the contact number in the programme or contact the site officer.

Camping Fees for 2026 - Cash Preferred
Camping Fee - £15.00 per unit per night two adults. Singles - £13.00 per unit per night.  Extra adults £5.00 per unit per night.
Day Fees for Non-Campers:
Members    - £3.00.
Non-Members  - £5.00.

The committee reserve the right to alter fees for any event such as our New Year meet and Winter Dance.

Only Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are Allowed in Halls.

September 2026	4 Night Folk Group Autumn Gather Welbourn Lincolnshire Thursday 17th September 2026 2:00pm to Monday 21st September 2026 4:00pm Hall on-site available from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. Toilets and Showers available all weekend. There will be craft, dancing, music workshops and skiffle during the day plus three evenings of dancing, spots and music. Buses from site to Lincoln, Belton Hall (NT) and Grantham. Many places to visit. Fees - £15 per unit night, £13 for singles Site fees to be paid on arrival. Please (if possible), put the correct amount in an envelope with your name, membership number, section / DA, car reg, type of unit and number of nights. This will speed up registration on arrival.
